Profile: COX Plastic is a manufacturer of Skived, Molded and Filled PTFE Sheet in different thickness & sizes. These sheets are available in both semi-finished and finished types. Custom machine parts can be made by machine cutting of the PTFE sheet.

PTFE Rods
PTFE rods are available in sizes from diameter 2mm up to 300mm. Our PTFE rod and PTFE bar is available in 1000mm lengths. These are available in virgin grade and filling. PTFE rod can be furnished with one or more etched surfaces to ensure bondability. We also provide rods and cylinders bonded to a board to facilitate the machining. Molded PTFE rods are available in a wide variety of virgin and modified resins as well as PTFE compounds.

PTFE Sheets
PTFE Sheet offers a comprehensive range of thickness. Our PTFE sheet is available in thicknesses ranging from 0.25mm thick up to 50mm thick and is generally known as a semi finished plastic. Molded PTFE sheet is generally available in standard sheet size of nominal mold's dimension including 150 x 150, 250 x 250, 300 x 300, 450 x 450, 600 x 600, 800 x 800, 1000 x 1000, and 1200 x 1200. PTFE sheets are also available in some other selected sizes. Thickness of skived PTFE sheets range from 0.25mm up to 6mm.

PTFE Adhesive Tapes
We can offer both pure Skived PTFE Film Adhesive Tapes and PTFE Coated Fabric Cloth Adhesive Tapes. These are available in thickness from 0.13mm up to 0.25mm, and maximum width can reach up to 1000mm. Skived PTFE Tapes (PTFE silicone adhesive tapes) are made from virgin skived PTFE films. We adopt special fine and high precision technology to skive the PTFE films as the base of adhesive tapes, after special surface treatment, coating a silicone press sensitive stickiness on the surface and making PTFE films adhesive tapes (PTFE silicone adhesive tapes) with mount or coil weave.
