Our product line includes PVA, urea resins, resorcinol resins, contact cements, EVA, polyurethanes, hot melts, and specialty adhesives. Our PVA polyvinyl acetate emulsions are widely used throughout the wood industry. These applications include general assembly, edge gluing of panels, doweling, face gluing and veneering. Our PVA formulas differ according to a number of variables. These include water resistance, color, viscosity, open time, cure time, wetability (Tg), heat resistance, and a variety of other attributes. Our urea formaldehyde resins are available for use at room temperature or with heat. They are commonly used in vacuum bag presses and platen presses. The two most common forms of this adhesive are pre-catalyzed powder to which water is added and a liquid resin to which catalyst is added.
