We enhance with weld cladding engineering of alloy steel with corrosion resistant alloys, a process widely used throughout the oil & gas industry. This weld cladding process provides effective surface treatment for components used in highly aggressive services, where highly corrosive/erosive or extreme wear mechanisms prevail. Our machining works include CNC milling, turning, internal slot milling & drilling, and boring. We are equipped to gun drill holes in all materials including inconel and titanium. Selective plating we practice is a special electrochemical process used to deposit any of a wide range of metals or metal alloys on to almost any conductive material, and virtually any type of surface without immersing the part in a plating bath.
