Profile: Cablevey, Inc. produces and markets its own line of feed conveying equipment with the trade name Cablevey. Our conveyors gently move thru an enclosed tube without the use of air. Systems can convey up to 1,500 cu. ft/hour. Powders, chunks, flakes, pellets, prills, parts, shavings, crumbles, granules, fluff, regrind and dust can all be handled with ease. Numerous layouts are available using multiple inlets and outlets. Product separation and degradation are practically eliminated. It replaces bucket elevators, screw conveyors, pneumatic and aero-mechanical systems & uses no air. It controls dust and eliminates dust collection & no filters to clean. It has low horsepower, 7.5 HP max. on volume up to 1,500 ft3(42.48m3)/hr. It has multiple inlets and discharges which are good for packaging lines. The food grade has stainless steel construction. The quiet operation reduces the noise level in the plant & with the automatic tensioning, no adjustment is required.
