Analogue Surface Profile Gauge
The Analog Surface Profile Gauge will allow the peak to valley height of blast-cleaned surfaces to be accurately measured in accordance with the ASTM D-4417 Method B standard. The gauge is important tool in assessment of degree surface preparation or surface cleanliness before painting.
Cross Hatch Cutter
The Cross Hatch Cutter will allow an assessment to be made of the adhesion resistance of coatings to separation from substrates when a right-angled lattice pattern is cut into the coating and penetrates through to the substrate.
Infrared Thermometer
Our Digital Fluke-62 Infrared Thermometer will allow laser pointer to pinpoint exact spot for non-contact measurement of the substrate temperature. This being non contact type method and reliable for hot surfaces, ovens, freezing zones, bearing test, rail wheels, and other applications.
Hydraulic Adhesion Tester
Our Hydraulic Adhesion Tester is one of the most accurate and versatile adhesion testers. The adhesion is measured by the required tensile pull on a dolly glued to the coating surface.
