Profile: Cambridge Fluid Systems is a provider of gas and liquid control systems. We also provide with complex pilot plants, sophisticated electro-mechanical pre-assembled modules and pipework installation services to high technology industries. In the development of automated hydrogen gas control system we focused on tasks like PLC functionality development, touch screen layouts, failure mode effect analysis to ensure total safety and component assembly into the chassis with the interlinking pipe work orbitally welded as sub-assemblies. In product development tasks we also carry out factory acceptance testing along with positive pressure test and a vacuum helium leak test.
