Capillary Thermostat

Description: Capillary Thermostat offered by our company comprises of probe, capillary tube, diaphragms and expansion medium. When the sensor is heated, the liquid medium heats up and expands. The pressure increase is converted into displacement in the diaphragm. This displacement actuates a snap-action switch, which opens or closes the contacts in the electric circuit. The reference variable is set via the thermostat's adjusting spindle. This capillary thermostat is used in heating oven, cocking appliances, water boilers, fryer, electric water heater, hot beverage, soldering bath and paraffin wax bath. The materials like copper, stainless steel are used for the making of capillary. The standard length of the capillary is 1000 mm. These operate with temperature ranging from - 30o-100oC, 50o-30oC and 2o-85oC.
