Profile: Capitol Design & Engineering, Inc. produces quality machined parts and tooling. We provide plastics joining and contoured tooling. We also offer ultrasonic tooling/machining, vibration welder tooling, laser digitizing and reverse engineering. We machine parts and assembly fixtures on CNC millers, CNC bar feed lathe, bridgeport w/ 2-d proto-trak, conventional lathes and a grinder. We carry a complete polishing station and full time polishers. We design vibration welder tooling from part surface files.
