These may also be used for rehandling works. The unitised construction of the bed and body of the capstan lathe assure rigidity. The hardened spindle (dia hole 34, 40 and 44 mm) is carried in precision taper roller bearings for vibration-less working. The turret upper carriage is guided on large and long adjustable bed ways. The user gets six operations from turret slide. The taper turning slide can be moved forward and backward on an inclined taper turning 25 degrees and it allow a 55 mm stock length. Adjustable stops are provided in each direction. The triple-action cutting of the cross slide type Truco is robust. The capstan lathe can also be provided with 3-4 jaws chuck needful for working cast or forged piece. One can get two operations from cross slide and one operation from vertical slide.
