Capsule counting machine consists of three vibratory plates transporting the product from the product hopper to the detection unit with a built-in dust compensation feature. While freefalling through the detection channels, products are scanned and counted with 100% accuracy. Three dust extraction tubes and an additional dust collection manifold, provide an efficient way of removing product dust and small particles. High-speed air-operated cylinders underneath the detection unit are used to accurately collect and discharge the exact product counts into a container. During each count discharge the specially designed filling nozzle descends over the container / bottle neck in order to eliminate the possibility of product spillage.
