Description: Card frames are engineered with specially developed aluminium extruded sections. All parts are manufactured using dies and jigs, made on CNC machines to ensure accuracy flexibility and simplicity. Aluminium parts are brushed and anodised for elegant appearance. All plastic parts are injection moulded on automatic machine. PCBs can be guided at any of the 84 positions between working aperture by fixing card guides on main extruded sections. The card frame system is fully compatible to DIN 41494 (part 5). All plug-in units are modular in concept and are based on the first card position being 3.27 mm, from the left hand daturn line of the working aperture. Subsequent card positions are on the multiples of 5.08 mm (1 HP) from 1 st card position. Available space in between two side panels is 429.3 mm, 1 HP (horizontal pitch) = 5.08 mm; and 1 U (vertical increment) = 44.45 mm.
