Profile: Carle & Montanari offers automatic forming machine for gianduiotti chocolates. We provide presses for cocoa and oily seeds. We design and manufacture a line of machine for the production of chocolates. Our automatic mixers are used for dosing and mixing raw materials like refined sugar, crystal sugar, cocoa, butter & milk. Our automatic vertical temperers are used for producing dark chocolate, milk chocolate and fatty creams. Our chocolate shell forming equipment allows to shape the chocolate, dosed with a depositor, by introducing a cooled matrix in the mold in order to give the same shape of the pattern. Our depositors are designed for the accurate dosing of chocolate and cream into the mold.
