Our Cartoner is designed to meet packaging requirements at medium-high speed of products, for which the arrangement into carton and the all movements are controlled by closed-profile cams which are subjected to surface hardening treatment. Bottle handling machines are equipped with a vertical Starwheel, which enables the bottles to be overturned, and nozzles to be inserted, sending a jet of compressed-air inside. The blowing action is activated for over 140 degrees of the rotation cycle of the disc, and the impurities are immediately eliminated by an aspiration unit positioned inside the machine frame, guaranteeing complete cleaning of bottles.
