Description: Bhalotia Auto Products Ltd produces grey iron and SG iron castings in the WT range of 2 kg to 100 kg to cater to the needs of the automobile sector. We use the following machines for casting several products. The furnace of 1000 kg dual trak M/Freq Inductotherm is used to make the melting unit. We provide moulding machine - simultaneous jolt and squeeze pin lift type machine with 450 kg capacity and table size 1000 x 600 mm. We have hydraulically operated pallet conveyor for mould handling. We also have intensive sand mixer of 450 kg is used for making unit system sand connected with roller conveyor up to moulding machine hopper.
