Profile: Castings PLC provides ductile iron castings, SG iron castings, austempered ductile iron castings, Simo castings, and Ni-resist castings. We are an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified company. We also supply high volume castings or one-offs, raw castings, and finished parts. We produce rapid prototype patterns using either supplied 3D models, or creating a 3D model. Ni-resist is suitable for most applications because its ductility, hot strength, and low co-efficient of thermal expansion provide best resistance to severe thermal shocks.
