Profile: Castle Precision Engineering Limited manufactures precision components. Our CNC lathes utilize Renishaw probing which allows for the measurement of components. These systems are developed in-house, automate the offset for finishing passes, and produce computerized output for process control. CNC machine tools allow for great flexibility in planning and production, and provide backup in the event of machine breakdown. Our in-house developed applications include risk management, wages, materials tracking, and process control. We are involved in finish machining of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium.
