We also produce a full range of finishing media, finishing compounds to suit all processes, precision polyurethane castings, and effluent treatment. We offer sub-contract services for vibratory and rotary de-burring/polishing, controlled glass bead & steel shot peening, abrasive blasting, and dry film lubricant coating. We supply other items such as glass beads, steel shot, ceramic shot, dry film lubricants, and abrasive grits. We also produce and use a range of approved liquid and slurry compounds to enable us to efficiently achieve the fine surface finishes of less than 10 micro inches. We offer a comprehensive range of bowl, trough, and barrel finishing machines, which can be configured as part of a continuous process line.
