Profile: Cerro EMS is a manufacturer of commercial non-ferrous forgings. We are certified with IS0 9001:2008 quality certification. We produce forged and machined components. We supply parts to industrial sectors including gas, water, electrical, security, automotive, transport, hydraulics and marine equipment sector. We employ forging presses, a wide use of robotics for automatic production, semi & automatic transfer machines, vertiflex machining centre, 2 & 3 axis rotary transfer machines and CNC machines to perform our works. We have a variety of automated and semi-automated forging presses. Other presses available with us include crank, vice and friction presses for the smaller volume parts. We mainly cover materials like brass, copper and aluminium.
