Profile: Challenge Innovations Ltd. is a producer of power semiconductor testers. We specialize in the task of power semiconductor testing. It ranges from the first bipolar devices, power-fed devices, and multi device modules, to the modern ultra high power IGBT modules. Our test types include static parameters, dynamic parameters including short circuit and RBSOA, thermal impedance, and thermal resistance measurements. Our Multiplexer is a multiple way switch which routes a device under test connector on the front of an ATS-2, or similar static parameter tester to a number of devices under test. These can be individual device or multiple devices inside a module. Our energy dissipation testers are a family of testers which generate a set energy, and force the device under test to absorb it. The consequences of this energy absorption are then measured, and the results are displayed as required.
