Profile: Channel Islands Tool Grind is a full-service resharpening shop. We specialize in the tool and cutter grinding business. We operate a R&D prototype machine shop and machine a large variety of materials. Our products include concentric reamers, true radius end mills, precision ground drills and special hex & spline screw broaches. Our NC spot and chamfer mills are made from a sub micron grain of carbide, combined with a 16 finish on all cutting edges. We also include a set screw flat on tools to allow for ease of use in holders that have set screws. Our sub micron grain single point threading tools are ground to 16 finish or better on the cutting edges.
