Profile: Charter Fils, Imnc. is a manufacturer of plastic films and blown film extrusion. We produce an extensive line of mono layer and multi-layer coex films for various markets and applications such as converter grade printing and laminating, sealant, banner & tag and label films. Our base resins include components such as low, medium, and high density polyethylenes, linear and ultra-linear low density polyethylenes, EVA's, metallocenes or single-site catalysts, polypropylenes and surlyns. We also carry a wide range of additives including colors, migratory and non-migratory slip, UV inhibitors, anti-block and anti-fog.
