Chemical Process Pumps, Series CPC is used in industries such as paper industries, cement, aluminium, textile dyeing industries, water treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, fertilizer plants, refineries and thermal stations. These are made up of graded CI/WCB/ CF8/CF8M (SS-316)/317/317L/CD4MCU/alloy-20/ hastalloy-B/C. The operating range includes delivery size-DN 32 to 200 mm, capacity - up to 750 m3/lu, head-up to 150 m, temperature - up to 150°C and pressure-up to 22 bar. It as horizontal, radial split and volute casing pump design. Back pullout design enables to remove the rotor without disturbing the pipelines. If a spacer coupling is used, the motor does not have to be removed from the base plate. Only four bearing beds cover the entire 32 models. This means that the shafts, sleeves, bearings & bearing beds are identical in and interchangeable for a large number of pump sizes.
