Our YWC Type 15ppm oily water separator can effectively dispose all kinds of bilge water including fuel oil, high-density residual oil and emulsion mixture combined with black ferric oxide & surfactant. There are nine types of specifications in YWC series. The smallest type is YWC-0.25 which can be installed on ships less than 1000DWT. The biggest type is YWC-5.00 which can be installed on ships more than 300 thousand DWT. We can also design and produce special types of oily water separator according to the demands of the customers. This OWS can also be used in petroleum industry, besides being used in ship vessels. The effluent oil content from YWC can meet any standards of Environment Bureau. Our heat-insulation suit is constructed by an aluminum foil compound flame-resisting material. The raise of inner temperature of the suit is not higher than 25° after it is shined 30 seconds by a 10kw/m heat radiator. We have complete manufacturing equipment, self-contained detection instruments and abundant technology. We are fully equipped with metal cutting, welding & industry sewing machines, lathes and all kinds of detection instruments.
