There are special pumps designed to overcome the aluminium chips bundling problem. Most of today's automobile machining involves aluminium. These aluminium chips generated though machining forms a ball, making it difficult to filter or break. These SFC series pumps from Brinkmann Pumpen breaks this ball of aluminium chips, cuts them into small pieces and pumps out for filtration. Specially designed and patented blades cut & pump even cotton cloth, pencils & electric plastic ties. This makes the filtration and chip conveyors job much easier & also eliminates frequent break down of the machine due to failure of filtration units chip conveyors or pumps. These pumps are available with flow rates from 200-2600 LPM.
