Profile: Chipco Manufacturing Company, Inc. provides specialty manufacturing solutions to all industries. Our facility is especially suited for complex impeller (compressor wheel) and blisk manufacturing. Our machinery allows us to accurately produce an impeller of up to 28 inches overall diameter to the strictest tolerance and surface finish specifications. We produce impellers, inducers, diffusers, turbine shafts, rotor shafts, turbine discs, turbine wheels, impeller covers, gear bushings, cam plates, turbine end plates, compressor wheels, retainer plates and clutch supports. We have a broad selection of production equipment available for any project. We specialize in close tolerance precision CNC machining. Part of our full service capabilities include in house five axis CNC mills capable of producing complex turbo components. We also have the capabilities of reverse engineering when requested. Our capabilities include milling, turning, EDM, grinding, inspection, balancing, multi-tasking, broaching, and spine cutting. We have in house resources to grind some of the closest tolerance requirements attainable. We specialize in CNC grinding to meet the close tolerance needs. Our facilities include a climate controlled grinding room that offers a full range of capabilities including, CNC O.D, I.D., and surface grinding. We can O.D. grind parts up to 16"O.D to lengths of up to 44".
