Profile: Chugger Enterprises is a manufacturer of air compressor parts. Our air compressor parts includes safety valves, unloaders, valves, jack hammers, piston rings, flexible pipes, booster sets, and thrust washers. Our crankshaft has a replaceable crank pin bush made of steel material, which is precision-grounded and runs with minimum vibration. The crankshaft is balanced and rotates on two/three ball bearings. Our cylinders are made of cast iron material with deep radial fins on the outer side for quick heat dissipation. Each cylinder is separately cast, precision bored, and honed for smooth running. We also offer wear strips, connecting rods, drain valves, and motor slide rails.
