Circular Wire, Cup, Tube Cleaning & Welder Brushes
The circular wire brushes are used for debarring, cleaning and polishing. These are made of steel, stainless steel wire, brass wire with gauges varying from 25 to 35 SWG and available in various diameter and width. The cup brushes are used for burr removal after welding. These are made of hardened steel brass or stainless steel wire. The cup is made of a standard diameter measuring 4-6 inch, 1/2 or BSF thread. The tube cleaning brushes are used for cleaning air-conditioning ducts and boiler tubes. These are made of nylon/steel/brass wire in varying diameter ranging from 6 to 100 mm. The spiral type is available and is made of steel wire with a diameter that ranges from 6 to 150 mm. Brushes for removing enamel from steel wires are also available. Welder brushes are used for cleaning, scratching and burr removal. These are made of tempered round steel wire with a wooden handle.
