Description: CNC DG Portable Cutting Machine is a computerized digital portable metal cutting machine. It is highly efficient; easy to operate; occupies less space; assures high cutting precision; and improves utilization ratio of material. It can profile cut any shape to the desired need by just creating an AutoCad programme of the component on the desktop/laptop on DXF file and use the nesting software, to maximize the output thereby reducing wastage. It requires transferring the programme from computer to a pen drive and again transferring it to the CNC controller USB port. Thereby the machine is ready for cutting. The manual programming can also be done using key buttons provided on controller. The machine is provided with two cutting options - Hypertherm air plasma power source with machine torch can cut profiles of carbon steel, aluminium, brass and for that matter any heat conducting material (thickness range 3-40 mm); and oxygen/LPG cutting can cut only carbon steel with maximum up to 120 mm thickness.
