CNC Lathes, High Speed Series are available from 6" to 15" chucks, 6000 RPM, cutting length from 100 to 1150 mm (tail stock optional). The 45 degree slant bed is one piece & high tension Meehanite cast hardness over HS 70 and close grained casting mounted on a cast iron base. The slideways are coated with Turcite-B to eliminate stick slip and minimise wear & tear. The spindle is supported by 5 precision angular contact bearings for high accuracy and rigidity for heavy metal removal. The controls are Fanuc with 2 years guarantee. High speed high accuracy hydraulic turrets are driven by gears & clutch systems, by directional movement for quickest tool change (maximum tool change time is 0.2 second) and 8 or 12 tools turret are available.
