Description: CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) Plasma Cutters is a fully automatic machine that is used in shape production process. It melts the areas with an arc and then uses a high-velocity, high-temperature ionized gas to make cuts. The company offers many plasma cutters with one of two different kinds of torches. The high-velocity ionized gas conducts electricity from the torch of the plasma cutter, heats the work piece, and then melts the material. The high-velocity stream of ionized gas blows the molten metal away from the work piece and severs the material. The most familiar style is a manual torch, with approximately a 70-degree angle built into its head. This permits it to be easily held in one's hand. The other style torch is designed for use on a cutting machine. The machine torch is a vertical, barrel shaped torch, with a gear rack built into its side to facilitate raising and lowering it. Machine torches cost more than manual torches, but are necessary for satisfactory machine cutting. This machine is suitable for cutting mild steel plate, stainless steel plate and non-ferrous metal.
