Description: Wire EDM solution Ecocut, is ideally suited for small tool rooms and for repetitive jobs with its integrated design occupying lesser space. The e-pulse technology results in stable machining with very less wire breakages even during difficult machining conditions. It is equipped with user-friendly, versatile software called ELAPT, and has features such as DXF file interface, built-in utility packages for gears and curves and multicut program generation. The machine is also equipped with a powerful generator with VGA colour graphic CRT display, display for cutting rate, wire path and simultaneous control of X, Y, U and V axes. The special features are integrated construction for machine tool and generator; compact footprint of 1800 x 1825 mm and e-pulse technology ensuring optimum cutting speed at all thickness. Long-life mineral filtration system is optional. The equipment provides a best surface finish of 1.2 micron Ra on HCHCr steel and offers offline automatic part programming system.
