Co2 Welding Wires
Description: ZOGO Wires for CO2 welding are fine layered winding wires mainly used for high efficient welding of mild and 50 kgf/mm2 class high tensile steels. It has high deposition rate and deep penetration. It has stable arc and very low spatter loss. There is no slag formation that results in high deposition efficiency. It is ideally suited for unclean and rusty surfaces. The wire is a copper coated, double deoxidized wire electrode for gas shielded arc welding process using CO2 or CO2/argon gas mixture. These welding wires are used in butt and fillet welding of automobile bodies, bridges, ships, containers, railway rolling stock, structural and general fabrication, furniture and storage bins. The layer wound CO2 wires increases productivity by up to 30 per cent.
