Injection molded rubber includes nitrile, neoprene, SBR, EPDM and carboxylated nitrile rubbers. Insert molding is the process of placing a metal substrate into a mold cavity and encapsulating the metal insert with either plastic or rubber. Overmolding is the process of inserting a plastic or rubber substrate into a mold and encapsulating the substrate with rubber or plastic. We provide pad printing, ultrasonic welding and spin welding services.
