Profile: Combidrive Ltd. is a provider of mechanical power transmission equipment for various industrial applications. Components we offer include centrifugal clutches/brakes, freewheel clutches, sprag clutches, one way clutches, geared motors, speed reducers, electric motors and electromagnetic clutches/brakes. Our sprag types have two concentric cages with holes punched in them containing sprag locking elements. A ribbon spring situated between the cages energies each sprag. When placed between two cylindrical races and the assembly allows freewheeling in one direction and in the other locks up. Our one way clutches fulfill one or more of functions like indexing, backstopping and overrunning function. We supply gearboxes, speed reducers, worm, helical and spiral bevel complete with motor. The gear head reduces the motor speed with proportionate increase in output torque to suit the particular application.
