Our flanged bearings are designed to be swaged into EWR tube. Our precision flanged roller end bearings are assembled with a deep grooved radial precision bearing, and are designed for powered driven roller applications, where very low noise levels are desirable. Our integral spring loaded axle conveyor roller end bearings are available with either steel or plastic flanged outer cases. They are available with a choice of either precision bearings for powered systems, or plastic caged PC bearings for gravity systems. Our ball transfer units are used when a multi-directional handling system is required. The unit consists of a 7/8" hardened steel ball which runs on a bed of many smaller balls, that are in turn housed in a hardened spherical cup. A felt seal is also fitted to keep out unwanted particle ingress.
