Profile: Commercial Vehicle Roofs (2009) Ltd. is a supplier of GRP panels, specialist panels, commercial vehicle roofs, and commercial vehicle kits. We mainly work within the vehicle building industry. We manufacture a full range of GRP panels from standard dry freight plywood core panels, bespoke insulated 5 & 3 element panels, and lightweight honeycomb & RTM foam panels. Various external and internal finishes are available with us, that are made from aluminum, steel, decorative laminates, and gritted non-slip surface. Our dry freight panels are manufactured using high gloss white GRP laminates. Common features of our 5 element or 3 element insulated panels are: timber peripheral framework, aluminum or steel inserts, provision for refrigeration unit, and rebated. Our steel radius curtainside kit has a galvanized steel fully welded back, and front frames with the radius aluminum front molding, matching the radius on the roof with GRP paneled bulkhead.
