Description: Component Straightener is used for straightening components like clutch plates, washers and other cut pieces. It straightens the component to the maximum flatness accuracy of 0.025 mm, depending upon the physical properties of the material. It comprises of odd number of rollers, made of EN-31 hardened grounded and hard chrome plated. The rollers are driven by propeller shafts through differential gear box. One set of pinch rollers pushes the piece inside the rollers. The top straightening back up rollers are driven by the screw down mechanism. The taper level is latter set by four dial indicators provided on the machine.
