We offer knife bolts, shear bolts & pins, polar cutter parts, knife changing handles, clutch handles, knife bolt T-wrench and book clamps. Our B41 Seybold knife bolt is a square headed knife bolt fitted with an integral washer. The washer that rotates on the bolt but is not removable. This bolt has 1/2″ -12 threads and measures 25/32″ long below the washer. The square head measures 5/8″ across the flats. The steel washer is 1/8″ thick and measures 1-1/8″ in diameter. A screwdriver slot is provided in the threaded end to aid in removal if the head gets rounded over from a worn wrench/socket. S101 Polar shear bolt is a steel shear pin for Polar 155 EMC and 155 Mon paper cutters. The main shank on this alloy steel shear bolt is 3-1/32″ long below the head and has an M20 thread. The head is 1-15/32″ in diameter and 15/32″ in thickness. The head is cross drilled for a roll pin; also included with each of these shear bolts is a mating M20 washer faced hex nut. Our CH1 Polar clutch handle is a clutch handle for Polar 72 CE paper cutters. These T-wrench style clutch handles are made of 4140 steel with 8 mm precision cut metric threads. They have a black oxide finish for corrosion protection. These replace the original yellow plastic style handle. These are normally used in pairs. We also manufacture obsolete paper cutters whose original manufacturer is no longer producing replacement parts.
