The dry granulation and milling reduces granules/powder into desired range of particle size. It pre processes the raw material to eliminate non-uniformity in particle size, thereby increasing mixing efficiency. On reducing the size oversized raw material are converted into a smaller and uniform particle size. It performs multifunctional operations like for both dry and wet milling, sizing and grinding. It can be used for application that includes raw material grinding and de-agglomeration, grinding and crushing the lumps to smaller particle size. It is supported with step less speed variation to suit different material characteristics and degree of milling. Different feeders can be used with any dry/wet mixers or vacuum transfer system or manual filling. It is low dust, low heat, low noise, easy to disassembly and assembly without using any mechanical tools; and a validation documentation like DQ/IQ/OQ is provided with the machine.. It has a motor of 5HP and has the capacity (dry type) of 150-250 kg/hr; capacity (wet type) of 150-400 kg/hr. It is available in 1400 x 700 x 1450mm dimension.
