Our 69M pressure switch is used to regulate the tank pressure between two preset values on small, electrically driven compressors (up to 175 psi). A four port manifold style is available which provides for easy mounting of relief valves and gauges. We can provide built-in winding thermostat to provide over-temperature protection. We have extra-heavy coated % copper, 200° celsius, moisture resistant magnet wire that is positioned in each slot, turn-by-turn. This method produces concentric coils with minimum turn-to-turn and coil-to-coil voltage differentials critical properties when operating on high dV/dt IGBT waveforms. We also offer electric motor rewinding, electric motor redesign and electric motor repair insulation.
