We also provide field supervision, screening & selections, training and uniform departments. Our 24-hour dispatch is our own personnel communication link for our entire company. Our dispatchers handle emergency situations at your facility 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our officers are provided with Nextel communications where needed. The continentals standard operating procedure requires all locations to call into the central station dispatcher every hour to insure the safety of all personnel and the integrity of each post. We provide security officers have at least eight hours of pre-assignment training as well as up to 40 hours of on-site training for each security officers.
