Description: ConSep 2000 Conveying & Coolant Cleaning System is a combination of conveyor and coolant filtration system. This system needs no more space than a conventional conveyor. The ConSep 2000 does not require the cleaning of dirty coolant tank. ConSep 2000 conveys chips (fine, coarse and bushy swarf) in a simple process with simultaneous cleaning of the coolant. For basic chip removal processes the fine meshed separation cylinders eliminate the requirement for additional filtration. The ConSep 2000 consists of three proven Miven Mayfran components namely the main chip conveyor, drag link conveyor and the separation drum with endless filter cloth. The unique construction of the ConSep 2000 protects the coolant drum from rough or bushy chips. In the first step large chips are handled by the chip conveyor. The coolant separation drum is kept clean by a pressurized internal back-wash system. The residual fine chips are carried out by the integrated drag link conveyor and discharged with the rough chips into the same container.
