Profile: Core-Tech, Inc. provides precision ceramic cores. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. Our product line includes extruded, poured, form ground and injection molded ceramic cores. Our extruded ceramic cores sizes range from .060 inches to 2.500 inches (1.5 to 63 mm) in diameter with lengths of up to 24 inches (600 mm). Our form ground ceramic cores are made from extruded shapes that are modified to add details such as a second diameter, tapers, notches, flats, and other routine features. We use centerless grinding, turning, drilling, and machining to produce these more complex shapes. We can also produce threaded cores compensating for casting shrinkage.
