Description: Corrosion Protection coating-Or Moulds, Pro-Setral-ACS is a green coloured dry wax-like corrosion protection coating with separating properties. This is a specially formulated long-term corrosion inhibitor designed for preservation of plastic injection moulds, tools, aggregates and automobile parts for long term corrosion protection. When applied, it forms a thin dry film, which acts as an effective barrier, sealing out moisture, air and aggressive media. In addition, it does not attract dust or dirt. The matt finish of the coating allows for good visual application inspection of the treated surface. It has less odor & fewer drips & runs during applications. It is normaly not required to be removed as the coating has lubricating properties. In injection moulding, the first couple of shots will take it out completely. In case it becomes absolutely necessary, any petroleum solvent can be used to remove the coating completely. The properties provided by this coating makes it ideally suited for industrial, aviation, electrical/electronic and automotive applications. Advantages: dry removable green coloured coating for good visibility on blank metal, compatible with lubricants long term corrosion protection, no removal necessary for use in injection moulds, markings remain visible, dust repellent and effective even in very thin layers. The product is applied thin and evenly by dipping, spraying or brushing.
