Corrugated Transformers
The corrugated transformers are manufactured by Pete Transformers, a manufacturer of power and distribution transformers. The company manufactures transformers up to 33 kV Class 12.5 MVA capacity/ultra high vacuum filter of 6000 LPH. It offers an innovative service package - Total Transformer Care - such as annual maintenance contract, oil filtering service through conventional high capacity high vacuum filter, servicing and testing on site to improve IR values, repair and reconditioning of transformers, stocking whole range of standby transformers to take care of emergency needs of the customer, erection and commissioning of transformers up to 132 kV, and consultancy services on substations. Windings and core building areas are done in a controlled environment to curtail dust contamination. Special rooms are provided with pressurised lean air blowers for achieving better quality parameters and enhanced life for the transformers. The company has a full fledged testing facility with an array of high precision test equipment to conduct stage by stage testing and final testing of transformers up to 12.5 MVA/33 kV Class as per IS 2026, IS 11171, BS-171, IEC-76 specifications.
