Crane Dutygear Boxes
Description: Crane Duty Gear Boxes are basically classified as-two/three stage vertical/horizontal gearboxes. These boxes have housings that are fabricated from steel plates. These gearboxes are stress relieved. They have precision machines and precision boring to ensure parallelism and rigidity. Gears in these gearboxes are made up of carbon steel and duly heat-treated. The superior oil seals are used to avoid oil leakage. The long life antifriction bearings are used in this gearbox. The shaft pinions made up of alloy or carbon steel, duly heat-treated and precision cuts are used to ensure maximum tooth contact. The reduction ratios is of maximum 150: 1 available for various horse powers in class I, II, III and IC duty; and for hoist, geared output shaft with suitable internal teeth ring are also available.
