We specialize in the production of hybrid aluminum molds used for injection molding. We utilize Smart Scope , a computer-controlled, video measurement system, to provide part measurements as precise as 50 millionths of an inch. We perform design, mold building and injection molding. We have light assembly, ultrasonic inserting, gluing and solvent bonding, CNC machining and complete machine shop, outside sourced vendors for screen or pad printing, EMI shielding, packaging and international shipping.
