We manufacture a wide variety of components for the trucking and heavy equipment industries. Hydroforming is a process in which the sheet metal is forced to take the shape of only a single rigid die by the action of fluid pressure, which acts through a rubber diaphragm. Thermoplastic composite products are becoming more prevalent in the aerospace industry. Our thermoplastic composite products include wing spars, flooring, stringers, seat backs, seat pans, arms rests, table arms, table slides, end bays, center consoles and spanner bars. We manufacture components for both commercial and military aerospace applications. We offer service on manufacture-to-print components. Our majority of aircraft components are manufactured from aircraft grade aluminum, steel, stainless, titanium and inconel.
