Profile: Cybernetics Technical Industries, LLC is a manufacturer of electronic controls for restaurant equipment. Our products include new digital speed controller for ®Middleby® conveyor ovens, temperature controller for ®Middleby, motor speed sensor for ®Middleby, and new gear drive motor for ®Middleby conveyor. Our digital controllers are used in ®Middleby pizza ovens without any wiring changes. The set points and high/low limits in the digital controllers are the same as the original controller. This control can easily replace the original (digital) control by removing only one screw in the front, sliding out the old unit, and sliding in the new unit. It replaces ®Middleby 47321, 550DEG and 58504 (including modulating controls). Our motor speed sensor for ®Middleby is customized with sensor, bracket, clamp, 4 pole magnet and Pal lock nuts.
