Material used is low carbon steel seamless tube honed to 0.3 micron and hard chrome plated to 65 Rc. cast iron/aluminium oxidised and high tensile piston rod for covers and nitrite self-adjusting and oil resistant seals. Customisation include adjustable cushioning and custom cylinders like extended larger diameter piston rod for heavy load bearing as well as crimped type mini series pencil cylinders in bores 19/25 up to 40 mm.
